Delivery
We offer free next day shipping to the UAE on all orders placed before 3pm. We
currently ship to KSA where postage fees will be at the customers expense.

Note: If our shipping partner considers your location to be in the outer city / rural
areas please allow up to 2-4 days to receive your order. We will alert you of this via
email once you have placed your order if this is the case.

Returns
What is your returns policy?

If something is not quite right with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your
item for a full refund minus a returns fee of Dhs.40.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn,
unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you change your mind
and wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.

How do I return my item?
If you would like to return an item, please email your request to us at hello@serla.me and include your order number, item you would like to return and your preferred date and time for collection along with your mobile number. The pickup from your address will be confirmed via text from our courier partner.

Once received into our warehouse, the item will be checked and you will be issued your refund minus the returns fee of Dhs.40.

How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 7 working
days for your refund to be processed.

What do I do if my item is faulty?
If you receive a faulty item, please email hello@serla.me within 7 days of receiving
your item telling us what is wrong with the item received.

Leather is a natural material, so you may find the surface shows some minor
variations in colour or even the occasional small imperfections. This is part of the
natural beauty of leather. Leather is a natural material and can scratch or mark easily
with usage. This is not a fault in the product.

Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your
item to request a refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is
