Refund policy
How do I return my item?
To return your item, please email hello@serla.me along with your name, order
number and reason for return. We will then provide you with our return address. All
returned items will be sent back at the customers own cost.
It is your responsibility to return your parcel with your returns form inside, using your
preferred courier service. We recommend sending your parcel back to us using a
tracked service.
How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 7 working
days for your refund to be processed.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
If you receive a faulty item, please email hello@serla.me within 7 days of receiving
your item telling us what is wrong with the item received.
Leather is a natural material, so you may find the surface shows some minor
variations in colour or even the occasional small imperfections. This is part of the
natural beauty of leather. Leather is a natural material and can scratch or mark easily
with usage. This is not a fault in the product.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your
item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn,
unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is
defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item by emailing hello@serla.me.
We will address the issue promptly.
